Advertising and Promotions

Part of my regular responsibilities included overseeing all advertising and promotional efforts within Greenbelt, catering to both the merchants and external parties. This involved scheduling placements, supervising the installation of materials, providing recommendations to enhance brands’ visibility, and plotting and creating advertising maps for incoming stores to maximize their exposure. 

To contribute to the malls’ financial success, all marketing teams were set revenue targets annually. From 2021-2022, my efforts to assist the merchants within the Premium Gallery resulted in a profit of P8 million. This achievement played a crucial role in providing Greenbelt with additional income and reinforcing its standing in the market.

Brand Events and Partnerships

Due to its reputation, Greenbelt often served as a premier venue for product launches hosted by other high-end brands. Many of these labels sought to utilize prime areas within the mall to create their own impactful activations, and another facet of my daily tasks included assisting these teams with the implementation of their events.

This role involved facilitating the ingress and egress procedures within Greenbelt, accompanying visiting teams on oculars to provide input on how best to maximize the spaces, and ensuring that technical guidelines were strictly adhered to so that both customers and surrounding merchants were not inconvenienced. The opening of the Premium Gallery only bolstered Greenbelt’s standing, and as of 2022, the waitlist for event spaces was at a minimum of six months.
